2025 Cancellation Policy
Before January 1, 2025
Full Refund: All Payments on Tuition are Fully Refundable
On or Before April 15th, 2025
Partial Refund: All Payments on Tuition are Fully Refundable Less a $1,000 non-refundable / non-transferable fee per camper per session.
After April 15, 2025
Credit Only: Unless otherwise set up with the CSW office, no refunds will be made to any canceled registration after April 15 for any reason. Credit can be transferred to a sibling or another camper, or applied to future summers.
During Camp Session
No Refund: If a camper breaks camp rules and is dismissed or sent home, or withdraws or shortens stay, no refund or credit is given.
Other Fees
Transportation
Most Southwoods Campers arrive via bus from one of our Tri-State area locations:
- Westchester, NY
- Manhattan, NY
- JFK Airport, NY
- Philadelphia, PA
- Paramous, NJ
Because the majority arrive this way and it is encouraged to do so, there is an automatic round-trip transportation fee of $200 associated with registration. This can be reversed upon request for any families coming from alternate locations, or if picking up on departure day.
Baggage
Ship Camps is highly encouraged so we can maximize the hours that your children are at camp. Having bags arrive before your campers allows us to unpack ahead of time so your campers can start camp the moment their feet hit the ground! See Parent Handbook for more info.
Logo Clothing
We recommend campers to have one blue CSW shirt and one white CSW shirt for spirit days and competitions, and a CSW sweatshirt for those times when the temp drops a bit. Clothing from previous years will be just fine, but we always have newly designed and fun items for each season.
