2027 Cancellation Policy
Before January 1, 2027
Full Refund: All Payments on Tuition are Fully Refundable
On or Before April 15th, 2027
Partial Refund: All Payments on Tuition are Fully Refundable Less a $1,000 non-refundable / non-transferable fee per camper per session.
After April 15, 2027
Credit Only: Unless otherwise set up with the CSW office, no refunds will be made to any canceled registration after April 15 for any reason. Credit can be transferred to a sibling or another camper, or applied to future summers.
During Camp Session
No Refund: If a camper breaks camp rules and is dismissed or sent home, or withdraws or shortens stay, no refund or credit is given.
